At Cleveo, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably across India.
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once dispatched.
Shipping Coverage We ship across India including metro cities, tier-2, and tier-3 cities. We currently do not offer international shipping.
Delivery Timeframes Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, etc.): 3–5 business days. Tier-2 and tier-3 cities: 5–7 business days. Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or festive seasons.
Shipping Charges Enjoy free shipping on all orders above ₹999. A flat shipping fee of ₹100 applies to orders below ₹999. All applicable charges are shown at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. Use the tracking link provided to monitor your shipment in real time.
Failed Delivery Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery fails due to unavailability or an incorrect address, the package may be returned to us. Please contact us to arrange re-shipping. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please photograph it and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. For lost shipments, reach out within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will arrange a replacement or refund after investigation.
